The method

The 3 P's of health communication.

A simple, repeatable way to show up for your own health — before, during, and after every visit.

  • Write notes in advance
  • Document how you've been feeling
  • Formulate your questions & concerns
02

Present

  • Share concerns & experiences clearly
  • Show confidence in self-advocacy
  • Ask questions to get next steps
03

Prevent

Stay ahead by reducing risk and keeping up with screenings.

  • Mitigate chronic-disease risk factors
  • Stay current on screenings & imaging
  • Healthier women build stronger communities
